About Me
Hello, my name is Shannon Coulter. Welcome to my portfolio website!
This website features a variety of my work in several different areas: Published Articles, Broadcast, Videography and Photography. As well, my website features examples of my coursework from my undergraduate program and master's degree. My goal is to continue to establish myself in sports journalism or in a digital media editing role.

Notable career highlights:

I have over 250 published articles with a variety of media organizations.

My first feature article was published as a Sportsnet "Big Read" in December 2020.

I directed my first television production at 16 years old with Rogers TV. I have since directed larger productions, such as OHL Kitchener Rangers broadcasts.

Graduated with a Master of Media in Journalism and Communication (MMJC) from Western University in London, ON.
Winner of two entrance scholarships.

Graduated with high distinction at the top of my class.
Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media and Journalism with a minor in Criminology from Wilfrid Laurier University in Brantford, ON.
Post-graduate diploma in Contemporary Media Arts from Conestoga College in Brantford, ON.
